近日,昆明理工大学材料科学与工程学院陈江照教授和何冬梅教授团队在材料顶刊Advanced Materials(IF=27.4)上以“Universal ion migration suppression strategy based on supramolecular host-guest interaction for high-performance perovskite solar cells”为题发表最新研究成果,昆明理工大学何冬梅教授为论文的第一作者,昆明理工大学陈江照教授、华北电力大学李美成教授、河北工业大学陈聪教授和广西大学刘焘教授为论文的共同通讯作者,昆明理工大学为论文的第一通讯单位。该研究工作得到国家自然科学基金面上、地区科学基金、兵团重点领域科技攻关计划等项目的资助。
多种化学物种的迁移是导致钙钛矿太阳能电池本征不稳定的主要原因。鉴于此,昆明理工大学陈江照、何冬梅等人报道了一种通用的离子迁移抑制策略来稳定多个功能层,通过杯芳烃超分子的主客体作用同时抑制多种化学物种的迁移。引入4-叔丁基杯[8]芳烃(C8A)后,有效钝化了界面缺陷,抑制了陷阱态辅助的非辐射复合。同时,促进了Spiro-OMeTAD的P型掺杂,加速了正式n-i-p钙钛矿电池的空穴提取与输运。基于两步法制备的C8A掺杂的正式电池实现了26.01%(认证效率为25.68%)的效率,这是基于TiO2的平面正式电池报道的世界纪录效率。C8A钝化的p-i-n反式电池获得了27.18%(认证效率为26.79%)的效率,这是真空闪蒸技术制备的钙钛矿电池报道的最高效率。C8A修饰的反式电池在最大功率点持续跟踪1015小时后仍然保持初始效率的95%。本工作提供了一种行之有效的方法来解决钙钛矿光伏器件和其他钙钛矿基光电器件的本征不稳定性问题。
